Works repair dipping

We recently had contractors outside no. 111 Brooke Road, unsure if Severn Trent, RCC etc. They filled in a hole created following their investigations but this is already starting to dip. It is on the road but close to the curb so is affected cars that need to park along this section of road. Please can highways inspect and repair to ensure it does not worsen. Thanks.
