Exceptionally poor road conditions

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9725051.

Everytime I go on this road I have to dodge the line, which is on and off about half a mile long. The road has clearly sunk and cracked and if I go over this line which has sunk without crossing onto the far side of the road my car will literally scrape along the floor because of how never it is. There is also a huge pot hope at the end of this road which you have to avoid otherwise it's big enough to cause serious tyre damage.
