Drain cover sunken

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9726981.

When vehicles pass over drain cover it creates quite a thud and din noise as it isnt stable. this noise is now creating irritation for the near by residents and the cover needs to be fixed
